This email is the primary support contact for Med Mates users and App Store review.

I already subscribed. Why am I seeing the paywall?

Sign in with the same account you used previously. If the subscription is still active, Med Mates should recover access from your account and App Store purchase history.

I canceled my subscription. Will I lose access immediately?

Usually no. Canceling generally stops renewal at the end of the current billing period rather than removing access right away.

I changed devices. Can I keep my account and subscription?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on the new device to recover your account state and active subscription access.

Does Med Mates provide medical advice?

No. Med Mates is a reminder and organization app only. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
