2. What Med Mates provides
Med Mates is a subscription-based medication reminder and tracking app designed to help users organize medication schedules, log doses, track refill timing, and recover their data across devices.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
- You are responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in method used for your account.
- Subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Canceling a subscription generally prevents renewal at the end of the billing period instead of removing access immediately.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Med Mates in a way that violates applicable law.
5. Medical disclaimer
Med Mates is not a doctor, pharmacist, emergency service, or medical device. You remain responsible for confirming your treatment plan, prescription instructions, and refill needs with qualified professionals.
